And some more South African gems; Grassy Spark

More so than either of those ?

I think my review officially said ' someone has to define the middle of the road, and I think Buck-o-Nine are my choice for that banner'. Suicide Machines are far more important and influential because they are way more punk, op ivy are amongst the creators of the sound, Bosstones (Ska-te-lites, Toasters etc. ) brought the big horn section to the game, Buck-O-Nine did all those things very well without straying from the formula, hence the definition of, as in the most middle of the horn driven ska-punk road, nothing that touches the creation or the super exciting sides the sound.

Dude, Ten Foot Pole and Satanic Sufers split, this song is one of the best ever!

dude Charlie is coming

Rev is their best stuff by far, imo. It was one of the first punk albums I ever bought.

I even have Scott Radinsky's rookie card when he played for the White Sox.

Pulley do a mean cover of Walkin'

I like it better than the original, it's a bit faster.

FYI Tomorrow (July 29, 2016).

The Bouncing Souls
The Descendants
Get Dead

All will release a new album. Pretty fucking awesome!

Cool. I haven't checked out any of their new stuff since the Gold record, which I liked...

Their best song, imo.

I want to post Bullying the Jukebox, because it feels about right for this thread, but there's no single video for it

so Ole! it is

forever stuck in the mid 90s I shall be

You do love you some Link 80 Chris, I am 100% behind you on that. I still have bits of my Link 80 shirt from 98 that will always be part of a quilt my ex made out of all my ratty old t-shirts I couldn't give up

Mail Order Children: these guys had so much potential but broke up after putting out one 7"

A lot of my favourite ska tunes aren't even on YouTube...

Some new bands

These guys signed with Fat Wreck Chords last year, and released a new album this year. It's got a bit of everything, from fast crazy hardcore to pop-punk. This is one of my favourites

Tartar Control from Salt Lake City... This is their music video / pilot episode of their show. They pretend to be mormon to troll mormons. The video's pretty funny
