Crashed pretty hard on a snowboard today.

Helmet saved me big time

Probably have a concussion even with it ..... passed all the basic concussion protocol nfl style with the emt and finished the day with 5 more lifts and rides


but no helmet

Easily could be dead

If you ski or snowboard

Wear one
