PS2 or XBox... what should i buy???

Anyone have Max Panye? I heard is pretty cool and i was just wondering if i should buy it? ;)

How bout Final Fantasy X?, looks like a good game but i know all the FF's are pretty fucking long.

I love HALO even better though. Too bad its only on XBox.

Final Fantasy sounds pretty kool too! What do u have XBox or PS2????????
 
I know this is my second post and I'll probably be flamed for being a newbie, but has anyone played Maximo for PS2 yet? It doesn't come out till Feb. 18th, but blockbuster has a special deal where they have it for rent allready. It's a really cool game, lots of old school fun.
 
Hellll yeah steveuuu, Maximo is the shit. We rented it here at work, and it is a great title. It really does bring me back to the old days (to games like Ghosts n' Goblins, etc). Great game, can't wait till it comes out for real. Capcom rules.
 
i thought i posted my reply earlier but i guess not. Shooto i have GTA 3, Madden '02, Soldiers of the Fortune ( it's like metal gear solid 2), i don't like it too much, and i have namcomesuem, it has some old school nitendo games on it. Don't have too much but i only had the system for about 2-3 week ;)

Knee- have any opinions on Final Fantasy X or NBA 2k2?
 
TDiddy, thats kool man. GTA is really good!! Fun, fun, fun... I have Metal Gear Solid.... and its really giving me a hard time. I love the game, but its very challenging!!! Awesome graphics though. Any tips?

Shooto, Maximo is a sequal to the old ghosts and goblins arcade game. Is that screen shot you posted from Medal of Honor? I've heard it's kick ass. I want to get it but I'm not too sure how it will run on my PC. I only have a 500mhz AMD. I know, I know. :rolleyes:

Hey, anyone here got a gamecube. I got one about a month ago, and am not to happy with it so far. I really wish I had gotten an xbox, but my brother allready had one so I decided to give the cube a try. Stupid me.
 
I have a PS2 right now, and play FFX most of the time. Ive played it about 65 hours, done almost everything. The only reason I would keep the Gamecube is for Resident Evil. Anyone see that game? Its the fucking shit!! Best looking game Ive ever seen! And some of my friends have a XBOX and Halo, we get about 12 people together and play. Talk about fun! Its the shit.
 
Yeah, Resident Evil does look awesome. I can't wait to play as Jill, the master of unlocking, again. The Zelda game, on the other hand, makes me shake my head whenever I see screenshots of it. Hopefully the Metroid game will be good.
 
There is Resident Evil: Code Veronica X for PS2!! Its awesome.... i played it at my friends house!!

I have RE 1&2... Directors cut, and RE3 Nemesis for PS1. I have Dino Crisis 1 and 2 too!!
 
I know, whats up with Zelda? I mean, this could be one of the greatest games ever, and they have to make it look like a cartoon? Im sure it will play good, but still, it had the potential to be really great. Shooto, RE: Code Veronica is the shit! I had it for DC, one of the best systems ever! Havent played it on PS2 yet, heard it has some new stuff with Wesker.
 
I love the whole RE series but couldn't get into Code Veronica for some reason. I probably didn't play it enough though. Hey Shooto, have you played Dead or Alive for Xbox yet? There are 2 sambo fighters that have some really cool sub moves.

I have Dead or Alive 2 for Dreamcast!! Awesome game!! But the XBox one looks even better.
 
When it comes to 3d fighters, I'm more of a Virtua Fighter fan. I can't wait for part 4 on ps2. Dead or Alive 3 did have me hooked for a couple weeks though. I just love the submission combos you can pull off with some of the characters. Like the guillotine choke to DDT. If only Saku had been playing Dead or Alive instead of Dragon Warrior, maybe his last match would have turned out differently. ;)
