PS2 or XBox... what should i buy???

Sorry I couldn't resist being a posting whore. But look at it this way, we are that much closer to getting to 1000.lol
 
PS2 has = graphics as X-Box. Ps2 comes with a dvd player and you don't have to buy any extra gadgets to make the dvd player work. X-Box has crappy controlers. PS2 has a good controler
 
PS2 graphics are in no way equal to the XBox. All you have to do is play Max Payne on both and then you will see the difference. Secondly, the XBox offers numerous features that the PS2 does not. Also there are third party controllers available for the XBox that are different than the Microsoft ones. Overall, I think that both of them are pretty badass.

Ok first of all... XBox has better graphics than PS2. I have both consoles, and i did make a comparison! It aint a drastic difference, but it is noticeable. When it comes to DVD, XBox also gets the advantage. Better sound and speed!

Also, remember XBox has 4 ports for controllers... thats saves u about 40 bucks! And i built in Memory Card... another 40 bucks saved. Dont get me wrong, i love PS2 too... thats why i decided to get both.

Controllers.... yes the PS2 is much nicer and more comfortable. U really have to get use to the XBox one. Still, its fine by me!!

I'm just pointing out my observations for both systems. If u love games and dont mind certain gadgits.... get the PS2. Right now, the PS2 is killing XBox in the games department. Still, in the long run, XBox will save u a lot of money and they will eventually get better games.
 
I'm still confused as to what to get....!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Help me! Like someone promote either of the two in 30 words or less...sell me!
 
i dunno JJ, i like PS2, but XBox is a great unit also...one thing i don't lik about the XBox is their controlers but i guess you have to get used to 'em. ;)
 
Get the X-box. I got the X-box and the graphics are pretty cool. Games are coming up.
 
JiuJiuBee...... honestly u have nothing to lose! Both consoles kick so much ass!!!

But.... if u have to choose just one... the guys are right.... go with the XBox!!! :D
 
No...get ps2....many have failed to go against sony...i loved the dreamcast.....and look what happened.
 
I agree with Shooto, both consoles are very good. Im sure the XBox is going to come out with great games, just give it a few months.

Akuma is right,PS2 does get the Pride game, that's a +++ for the PS2 in my book! ;)

Seriously, whatever one you pick, you won't lose either way.
 
TDiddy is correct!! Its a win-win situation!! Hopefully, Pride will come out on XBox as well. As of now, nothing is official.

If u are only into MMA games, then yeah for for it! But if u like other genres... the XBox is slowly but surely coming out with a lot of new games. By the end of the year, the games will be booming.

Be patient fellas.... these two systems will be around for a very long time!!!!!
 
ps2. for the pride game. you're already gonna have to wait 6 months for it. why add on another 6 waiting for it to (possibly) come out on microshits (i'm not biased) x-fuck (no really, no bias here). also, this way you help the japanese game industry and support those poor starving Tokyo Game Show booth girls.
