what are some foods high in protein, just moved to a foreign country and they dont' eat a lot of meat here, ive been eating the hell out of eggs and peanut butter. any help appreciated
 
Highest IMO is tuna fish, you should be able to get this anywhere if I'm not mistaken.

Milk also has a lot of protein, but also lot of carbs, but if you
 
Meat, cheese, eggs, nuts, yoghurt, milk, etc.

Protein shakes may be your friend based on your situation.

Tuna is pretty good for you when it comes to the protein. Don't eat too much though...
 
can't find protein powder. no wonder people here are so small, especially the older people, their nutrition sucks.

Are you in India?

You should be able to order protein powder online and have it shipped internationally. That will cost you, but hey, what other options do you have?

What's the seafood like? That's probably your best bet, wherever you are.
