Protein Powder

I have some Pro-Rated Whey protein thats roughly 2 years old. I stopped drinking this stuff a while ago and was thinking of resuming, but the container has no expiry date. Is it still safe to drink this stuff?

2 years? Might be ok. I would check and see how long other protein powders last. I'm sure yours would be the same.

Drink a bit...if you are not shitting yoohoo within 6 hours..you are fine.

Because 2 years is the max life. If you're the type who likes to walk the line and drink milk 9 days after the expiration date, fine, but otherwise, really, 5 lbs. of WPC is like $20.
