I here alot of jokesters/haters acting like Conor will not take on someone. I think your argument is short on logic. Here is what I know.......whoever the UFC throws in the cage........McGreggor will show. If your mad he is not fighting Frankie, talk to the UFC. Personally I think it is too big now to go back. Dont worry, he will fight RDA at some point, just like Aldo. No more vaginal hate. It makes you look bad.

UFC is protecting Conor by having him take dangerous fights on short notice and also fight their top champions. Makes 100% sense

he's not taking them on short notice, his opponents are

also, they chose diaz or cerrone/khabib/ferguson/pettis

wonder why? because they are p r o t e c t i n g conor.

He was about to fight the champ in a higher weight class who is perceived to have a stylistic edge . Let them hate. I love seeing them scramble with excuses to discredit McGoat.

I think Villante vs Latifi could be violent

If i train 8 weeks for a striker, then they change my schedule and I face a grappler on next to no notice - No i did not have a training camp for that fighter. So yes, he's taking these fights on short notice. He would absolutely MAUL Mendes if he had a full camp to train and prepare for Mendes.

Also how are any of those protection? How is aldo protection? Or the #1 contender Mendes? Or RDA? There's no base to the argument.

what's worse, training 8 weeks for a striker or literally not training at all?

you realize training camps are just to get in shape right and not to learn new skills? jesus christ. mendes would MAUL conor if he had a training camp and trained more than 5 days. considering he was gonna be down 2 rounds

You have no idea what you're talking about. Yes camps are to get in shape but you also drill for certain styles and fighters and patterns. Also mendes had 6 weeks - From his own mouth. Stop posting man seriously. Everytime you post i'm left facepalming.

Hate blinds I am learning. I hope one day Conor gets a full camp for a belt from the start. Should be good. Now he has to prepare for...... he does not know. BUT, he does not care so he will grow regardless.

You know 'I'm in great shape, I've been training.' Yea, I've been training and keeping a decent shape but there was no way you could ever be in a five round fight shape, you know, in two weeks. Like I said, he knows it, every body knows it - full camp I destroy that guy.

and the last week was fight week full of media. 6 weeks? gtfo

Not that I think the UFC is protecting Conor but Conor always has the advantage of a full training camp. His opponents have to jump of the couch and cut weight and fight a dangerous opponent with a rudimentary gameplan.

But to be fair RDA breaking his foot and Aldo buzzing his ribs caused all of this.

That was post KO. Leading up he said he had been training great. He got the call and was being PAID to be a replacement for Aldo first week of June. I must follow MMA much more closely than you or you have a selective memory. Also in your last post you said Conor was 2 rounds down? The first was either or and Chad was finished in the 2nd. That's given the fact that Conor was injured as well.....

Did you ever train for a fight? Camps are not to get in shape but to get used to certain techniques so you dont have to think when you do it in the fight. That means, moving, strikes, combinations, TDD

You're a conor fan. You should know that he doesn't train for a striker or for a wrestler. There is no opponent; he trains to improve his own skill set. He's talked about that many, many, many times.

Do you really want them to choose Khabib for a short notice fight after he hasn't fought in two years? Really? If they're both at their best I would favor Khabib but under these circumstances Conor would maul Khabib. It would set the sport back to the dark ages. Also I think diaz & Pettis are equally hard match ups for Conor. Ferguson would be a damn good fight & cerrone would have trouble making it to the second .

You expect him to hype up a fight by saying "well, actually I have a sprained ankle and I was off hunting when they called me" He hyped the fight up for a pay day. Use your brain man.

If Nate rolls McGregor like one of his pre-triathalon fatties, this forum will implode.

No, but this was before the Aldo pull out was even announced he said he was being paid to train full time as a replacement fighter in case Aldo got injured. Then it came out that Dana pays fighters all the time as back-ups for main events and they get paid the purse and winning regardless of whether they have to compete or not.

We get it, you don't like Conor, but taking away his credit for fighting last minute switch ups so many times in his career is silly...you sound salty like Bisping.
