The only thing I care about as far as sexual history goes: does she have any diseases, kids, and is she a massive whore. And those are usually the kind of things you find out about before starting the relationship.
It's best just to not talk or mention past relationships imo. It's a huge turn off but many people will do it anyways to try to incite jealousy. When they do this I usually just blow it off and let them know I don't care by not giving them the reaction they are looking for. But then again, I'm a pretty emotionally numb and careless person these days.
