My pit used to do it when she was younger, my min pin does it occasionally. They're both girls, don't know if that has anything to do with it.

One of my dogs does that occasionally, usually when I call him to come over to me so i can pet him, like a happy prance. He's tiny and kind of feminine and also scared of his own shit. As soon as it drops from his ass, he'll yelp and run away from it quickly.
