The Giro organizers have done a good job.

There have only been a couple of dull "pure sprinter" stages. The rest have been challenging enough for dynamic racing (although credit should always go to the riders for making the race).

It feels odd to have all the TT kms already done, but perhaps it will lead to more aggressive racing in the final week.

it is approaching the second weekend, there are still 10 riders who probably feel they could make the podium with some luck, and the racing so far has been fun.

Of course, I can't wait for the phoney war to end and the real battle to start.
