Epic Flanders. I really enjoyed the race. We have been spoiled this spring. Fingers crossed for an Epic Paris - Roubaix.

MVDP was badly positioned in a couple of the climbs but he accelerated so strongly every time that I thought he was looking like the favourite. Good poker face, apparently.

Apparently Pogacar's big attack was actually slower than the previous time up the same climb. The key was that everybody else was even more fatigued.

Depressing for the other teams that Pogacar lost 2-3 of his strongest teammates to crashes and still controlled the race. Bjerg and Morgado did an extraordinary amount of work. Impressive stuff. Hats off to them.

The three strongest guys got the podium. Seems fair.

I hope Remco is in shape and on the start line. I don't see him beating Pogacar but at least he should be able to provide some resistance. Strange things happen in races and all that but it feels like something really weird has to happen for Pogi to lose LBL or Lombardia.
