Seatpost is custom, cant modify equipment. Apart from that it should be within UCI limitations. Next season it would fail the minimum handlebar width rule too.

Kinda shows how current bike design does not work for the modern "forward fit" becase bikes are too short and seat tube angle is too low. Even with that monstosity of a seatpost the saddle is STILL 5cm or more behind the bottom bracket that UCI require.
