30,000 points. scoring champ. mvp. 2x finals mvp. 35 ppg in a season. 81 points in a game. top 10 player all time while spending 8 seasons as the second guy. 5/7 in nba finals.

call him a can because he can't carry a team with odom and smush parker to the playoffs where the 8th seed had 45 wins.

kobe fan boys are funny

35 points on 27 shots a game isn't impressive either.

this right here is the best season lebron will ever have. of course we will have to wait to see that, but i would bank on it.

The guy has worked to improve his game every year he's been in the league, what leads you to believe he'd suddenly stop this process at age 28? It's not like there are areas of his skillset that can't use some refining. Once he gets done polishing off his outside and inside game, the midrange game is next. When he develops that midrange turnaround jumper he'll have it all.

Thing that made Jordan great was his ability to change his game as he got older. When Lelbron's speed and strength fade, will he make the necessary adjustments? I think he will. He's got a high basketball IQ, and he'll always be a good distributor.

What Chilly says here is so true. Kobe has done this too so far except he can't be on a shit team. MJ never really had too except at the end with the wiz and I dont rememeber them being any good. I would bet Lebron will make the adjustments he has the work ethic.

Dude you are a Kobe hater. It was 26 shots a game and Jordan had a 25.7 where he averaged 32.6 I dont see anybody talking shit about that. The guy using those ppg as part of his argument is shit I'll give you that. You would be much better off to argue his career low shooting percentage, his ball hog tendencies. His ability to run the best center in the game out of town looks like twice now. That doesnt take away from what he has done. Ill take MJ, bird, magic, shaq, Lebron,Kareem and Dream over him from 80 til now. You can make a decent argument for Duncan too. Im taking Kobe though.

Well who brought captain obvious? Kobe has never in his life been as dominant as LeGoat has been now going on five seasons. The real question is whether prime LeGoat is greater than prime Jordan.

And I'm not even convinced we've seen LeGoat's peak prime yet. Peak athletic prime, sure, but peak basketball prime -- I'm not so sure.

I usually don't pull a sexy, but your opinion on everything sucks..... Seriously.

From the Brady is a system QB to the Favre/Vick comparison. I just don't understand.

No, it wasn't 26. It was 27.2 attempts on 45% shooting, taking 10.2 FTs a game.

Jordan was taking 25.7 attempts on 49.5% shooting, taking 7.3 FTs a game.

Colby is professional chucker.

Favre/Vick comparison? btw this isn't a football thread so you're in over your head here cornball.

Wasn't it you who compared Vick to Favre? Saying they were the same player?

lol no. But it sounds like some quality trolling, I'm a little jelly it wasn't me tbh

Oh.... I must be mistaking you for a different brown belt can, its hard to keep track with so many of them. :)

Yeah, get loiseau out of here. cub fans have no room to talk about sports.

back to the subject at hand, LeGoat all day. Kanbe wishes he could be half the player that LeGoat is.

Kanbe is an overglorified Montel Ellis

I stand corrected. I must have looked at it wrong. As I said though that season to me doesnt mean shit about Kobe. It doesnt help him or hurt him much. He did shoot his career average but thats low anyways. Im not arguing anything against Jordan here. Kobe would shoot higher if he wasnt a pro chucker you are right. That is his achilles heel. If it wasnt for that he would be real close to Jordan and the all time top. Doesnt mean he isnt a great player.

lol Delonte West what a tremendous scumbag lmao
