But to be fair those types often reply to threads that are just as extreme on The other Side, as in clear fedor bashing Thread.

But, those guys also create these threads that seem to be written in bullshit. Like one guy who actually said "Fedor and Mike Tyson are about even in boxing skill", they're the kind getting poked with the stick.

But then the more rational guys then jump in to defend Fedor, because some dumbass thinks that Hong Man Choi is a legit opponent, and that he's a K-1 Champion.

Agreed goes both ways, but you can't blame fedor fans for replying to a bashing thread. And yes threads like fedor's boxing is as good as tyson's are ridiculous. This one though atleast had some thought put behind it instead of just saying fedor would beat Cormier cause he's goat or something like that.

Well, that's basically what it is, just done in a much more verbose way.

But, this always seems to happen when someone gets momentum. Be it, Brock, Cain, JDS, Overeem, Anderson, Jones, Barao, Aldo, anyone who's getting considered in either the HW or P4P debates, it's immediately "Well, vs. Prime Fedor, he's nothing compared to him". Getting all defensive about it.

That is true, I do think there is that element of stick poking that goes along with it, trying to get that reaction.
