If Fedor was younger, signed with UFC and had reached his peak in DC/Miocic/Nganou/Cain era do you think he would have got the belt? And if yes, for how long time/ many defenses?
If the best fighters that Miocic and Cain faced were Mirko and Minotauro they would looks impossible to defeat tooPrime Fedor is IMPOSSIBLE to defeat.
Not sure your point. If the best fighters that Miocic and Cain faced were Mirko and Minotauro they would looks impossible to defeat too
Prime Mirko and Minotauro > any UFC HW too.If the best fighters that Miocic and Cain faced were Mirko and Minotauro they would looks impossible to defeat too
Cain destroyed Nog a couple of fights after Nog had won the interim belt. I am guessing, Nog like Fedor, had lost 80% of his skills within a couple of years and was way out of prime. Not sure your point.
Cain and Miocic were fortunate to dodge such bullets as Prime Mirko and Nog.
Shit happens bro.Cain destroyed Nog a couple of fights after Nog had won the interim belt. I am guessing, Nog like Fedor, had lost 80% of his skills within a couple of years and was way out of prime.
Sorry, but the Stipe that beat Ngannou beats EVERY HW EVER.
But I have not STARTED one single thread about it. And I never will.
Fedor was better everywhere prime vs prime.Sorry, but the Stipe that beat Ngannou beats EVERY HW EVER.

Prime Big Nog lost by Barnett - who was totally dominated by DCCain destroyed Nog a couple of fights after Nog had won the interim belt. I am guessing, Nog like Fedor, had lost 80% of his skills within a couple of years and was way out of prime.

If Prime Fedor was in today's UFC he would have to fight at LHW. He would still be competitive at HW but I think the size advantage of today's heavyweights would be tough on him. He might have been champ at 205, not sure if he could beat the top guys at HW.
Despite being listed as 6' tall; he was probably 5" 11" tall and 230# in his prime, with a gut.
5' 11" / 230# guys don't live long at HW.
Here is a pic with 6' 5" Gustafsson....who fought at LHW.
