Well in this case you can't help but admit you're wrong. If Usyk won by decision or maybe a ref stoppage that looks too early, at least there's room to argue. But this was a clear shot to the head that put him down and he didn't get back up. Not admitting you're wrong would be insane.

I guess the sheer confidence and arrogance with how the pick was made is what rubs people the wrong way. I didn't really understand such confidence in a case like this. Usyk already beat him by stoppage, we know Usyk is the kind of guy who downloads info and adjusts better the more rounds he has with an opponent, while Dubois improvements have been much more intangible like "more confidence." I expected Dubois to give Usyk a harder fight especially in the early rounds, but still thought Usyk would dominate. Definitely didn't expect such an early KO. Who would've thought Usyk at his age would be even more of a beast.
