For penalties and red card decisions, yes. If managers get 2 or 3 calls per game, that's fair, IMO. Also something needs to be done about time wasting.

It's a shame that we've come to this, but it's the players' faults for becoming more and more ridiculous.

Wolfsburg/Neverkusen should be huge clubs, with their financial backing from their corporations (I realize they're set up differently than most clubs). Hamburg are a historically big club, should definitely be in a better position in what they are. It really stinks, I wish Bundesliga got more run here in the US outside of one or two Saturday games on FS1. I also hate having announcers be remote, which they basically all are for Bundesliga games broadcast in the US.
 
Instant replay in Australia was a success, people still cry about the right decision though.

When it's something as vital as a goal, ref's need to get it right, this isn't basketball

Review/Instant reply should be a must for all top leagues, imo. It takes almost no time at all to get the correct decision on a dive/red card.

That's my issue......a lot of the time decisions aren't clear even after instant replays.
