As the Prem doctors surely know, bone heals just fine so those really gruesome tibia breaks aren't that bad and players usually come back 100%

Looks similar to when Alan Smith did his for United 20 odd years ago, which turned out to be even worse than first feared. Think he ended up with a tibia break, a dislocation of the ankle and severe ligament damage. Was never really the same afterward, at least at United.
