The legendary Sørsia Gerilja are performing for the first time in almost 15 years at Pstereo festival in Trondheim in August!
@Ignicious have you ever been to Pstereo?
They're second bottom of the list though and although I don't know most of the acts, probably very few or none of the others rap in a Scandinavian language. I think it's just a mainstream international festival. They have the Smashing Pumpkins, Faithless and the Cardigans.
Actually I couldn't find a hip hop festival in Norway or Sweden. There's one in Sweden called Hip Hop Revolution Festival, but it doesn't seem to be a music festival in the party in a field in summer sense. There doesn't even seem to be a festival with a significant rap/hip hop subsection.
The battle rap scene seems to have really declined on both sides of the North Sea as well.

Ghost Town.

They have been saying in the news that festivals and live music are really declining lately.
Anyway I looked through the big Norwegian festival act lists and saw Bryan Adams is playing OverOslo in June, but they're sold out on that day. However
@Chules I see both Anna of the North and Girl in Red are playing at
Oyafestivalen in Oslo in August.
So are Chapell Roan, Charli XCX and Kneecap.
Apparently Girl in Red has been battling addiction and came close to the brink, but has turned the corner.
(
@Chules you probably already knew this but I've not been up to date on my Girl in Red news.)
Anna of the North seems to be doing well:
Maybe she has a dog as well, (it could be her friend's):
Imagine how much water that dog would spray after it ran into the sea or lake, then came out and shook itself off.
