Both those goals last night could have been avoided (or at least better contested) if you didn't have an undersized CB at the back post. His height is a liability; your manager even said last night that he started Zirkzee because you didn't have enough height in the team for set pieces.

Other than his ability on the ball, I've never seen anything special about him as a defender.
