I remember seeing a map where the only countries in the world that don't have a losing record to Brazil are Argentina (they're always just one game ahead, even, or one game behind) and Norway.

Finland didnt qualify for a tournament until last Euros but between 2000-2006 played Germany idk 4-6 times in qualifiers (might be couple friendlies in there and 0 losses in that period.
