Pre Workout Options

I've never had a problem getting through a heavy lifting session after a 30-36 hour fast...are you sure that's not just in your head?

I agree, alot of it can be more mental than anything but just find what works best for you
 
I could likely lift through it. Hell, I might even be able to lift through it at 6:30am. But open mat, CrossFit, that type of shit at 6:30am with nothing in the tank isn't for me! =)
