El Neny - what does he do? He's neat and tidy. What else?

Great retriever of lost balls, winner of secondary balls & interceptor of oppo offensive plays.

Solid high IQ defensive support which would give Bellerin far more lisence to bomb forward.

Keeps defensive structure centrally when playmaker Jakka goes forward and/or when he takes corners/set pieces etc

El Neny is an important cog necessary for aiding getting the best out of Jakka's high tempo playmaking build up.

But that doesn't give Xhaka a consistent central recipient in between the lines, unless Ramsey drops, but then there's the penetration issue.

Ozil was amazing when outside on the right for Germany against France. His intelligence cutting in & out of the half spaces was nearing god tier levels.

Anyone who disagrees is just a hater.

I like that lineup blokey.

Xhaka looked good last night. He has great vision from deep and a hell of a boot. Arsenal's defense though looked leaky a lot of times, have time to fix it up, and they will need to.

Feo proved that he's a wasteman once again.

Özil can play pretty well on the right and left side, that is true.

He also sometimes does it when he gets mugged off in the middle :D

Ozil spends most of his time in the half spaces. Yes, he's excellent there. When he first moved to Real Madrid his position was on the right side before he benched Kaka, also he was very good for Germany in WC 14.

What are you talking about

I put Ramsey in the box to box ADM role, but lessening his defensive duties, so he can pretty much focus solely on creating AND finishing.

Jakka is future Captain material

Lol dunno tbh, just need excuses to post that emote cause I laugh every time.

Your Arsenal got off lucky, good thing Valeri wasn't fit to play. Would have cut your defense like butter. Right @Tules

Monreal will be licking his lips in anticipation of the new season now he's no longer got Coq handcuffing his offensive threat

Expect an increase in assists for him next season
