This card kinda sucks now with all the cancelations

I was looking forward to Beast boy returning, sucks the fight is off the card. Hopefully they can throw him on another card before the end of the year.

I saw that going around the internet, Clayton "The Guida" Carpenter, and very nearly updated it on his Fight Finder profile before realizing it was just a fan suggestion and not actually something real. I still might.

Not too often we see fighters come straight from Rizin, so Ramazonbek Temirov might be pretty exciting.

His opponent, C.J. Vergara, loses every time he misses weight, which is 3 times so far in the UFC. Today he made weight however.

I think Brandon Royval should come out in a full king outfit and cut a promo about giving his opponent the Royval Treatment.



Also Chidi Njokuani should come out to that Chitty Chitty Bang Bang song Ace Ventura sang while driving a jeep.

Hope to see many of you in the play by play discussion thread. As with most every fight week, there were changes to the card since the initial post that's always early in the week. Thanks to all who kept us updated throughout the week!

With relatives in the hurricane path I spent much of the week in communication with them. This was often difficult due to power and phone lines being less than one hundred.

I make these threads as a volunteer who loves MMA. I appreciate the cool people who post in this thread. It's the large majority here so you know who you are. Thank you and enjoy the fights!

Yeah its a shame HuggyBear is out again, he is actually pretty fun to watch, his fights are exciting, I enjoy his fights, I don't think he will ever be top 5 or anything like that, but he is still fun to watch and when he fights the pace is different, its not a usual slow sluggish HW fight, its pretty fast paced when he fights.

I still can't believe there is someone fighting in UFC called Clayton Carpenter, I mean come on, it must be an offspring of Clay Carpenter Guida, surely?. The hair gives no clues though, the hair doesn't match up, but I've got my investigation hat on and will be taking notes and looking very closely and analysing everything tonight during his fight, on the look out for the power burp, and if he runs around the octagon in circles like a mad person and can't stand still and fidgets a lot.

Hope you all got your investigation equipment ready, lets see who cracks the case first

I'm disappointed Junior Tafa survived his Paul Daley moment.

I'm guessing it was because Dana wasn't actually there? If I remember right he didn't attend the post-show press conference.

That's a really bad precedent since the guy Tafa slapped did absolutely nothing wrong.
