Umm.... I doubt Stipe can even do an armbar.

He had Mark Hunt on the ground for 5 rounds and couldn't submit him.
 
Don't get the hate Stipe gets. He molested Ngannou and will do so again in the rematch, also he is never going to get knocked out cold by a Middleweight.
 
Stipe consistently beats the top HW fighters of his era. He can't control who is born on what date and when their MMA prime might occur. Several of his wins are against fighters who will make it to the HOF. Stipe did all this while working as a fireman in the Cleveland area. He doesn't drive drunk, beat his wife, take recreational or performance enhancing drugs and is an all around great guy. Fedor is a great and legendary fighter, but let's not pretend that he didn't fight lots of cans along the way and also has several embarrassing losses. Fedor's performance in Strikeforce (2009 - 2011) was less than stellar going 1 - 3 with a TKO win over Brett Rogers and getting finished early by Werdum, Big Foot and Hendo (small MW). Fedor was 34 when he got subbed in R1 by Verdum. He was 35 when he got TKO'd by Big Foot and Hendo.

At age 34 Miocic beat Werdum (TKO) for the UFC HW title and followed that up with wins vs. Overeem (KO), JDS (TKO), Ngannou (UD) and Cormier (TKO). Miocic is currently 37.5 years old. Miocic is only fighting the best of the best HW contenders while an older fighter. Cut the guy some slack.

Hell I thought he would in the first match, so Stipe knows that he gotta spend as much time recovering that chin of his as possible. Dc than Ngannuo will get the title shot next

DC, JDS, and Werdum would all smash any version of Nog into a living death. Nog was lucky as hell to beat big Timmy and got destroyed by Mir when he was still in his prime bud. DC particularly would just beat the fucking dog shit out of Big Nog. Like it wouldn't even be a fight. Werdum was the closest to a win over a prime HW and even then Werdum was 39.

DC was 40 and beat him once by KO.

JDS had CTE by the time fought Stipe and beat him once out of two fights.

Francis Nogroundgameou was still green.

Arlovski was 8 years past his prime.

Reem had been KOd 15x coming into the Stipe fight.

Stefan Struve KTFOd physical prime Stipe.

New fans are so obnoxious. When Stipe lost against DC, we had these threads in favor of DC being greater than Fedor (and honestly at the time he possibly had a better claim than Stipe does now). Stipe beats him in the rematch and now we get this. Prior to that it was Cain, who fought the same 3 fighters for years, until getting killed by old Werdum.. Prior to that it was JDS who I was actually impressed with in his prime.

I enjoy watching all of them, but overall though I don't think any of these guys have the longevity yet to go against Fedor's resume yet.. Then factor in they've all suffered bad defeats just like Fedor did (without the longevity or resume) and I can't put them ahead.
 
Yes, overrem was in a tair, fabricio was in his prime, dc was in his prime, "prime" jds is jds with no takedown defence so again yes. Either way doesnt matter because sherdog will never admit it, if you win your oponent is a bum, if you lose you suck welcome to sherdog

DC won the HW strap in four different promotions just bc he got chinned as an old man by Stipe DOESNT mean he’s not better all time
