It was a strange choice for a comeback fight.

I don't know why the UFC seems to go out of their way to intentionally damage guys' careers and health with match-making that doesn't seem to take where their fighters are at in their career into consideration at all.

In boxing you have guys taking tune-up fights all the time to get back in the swing of things.
