I think they need to devolop a biomechanically active ankle wrap to prevent these Achilles injuries in the future. I bet they do.

Thing is, Green will give you 12 years of 20-25 ppg on low efficiency with absurd inconsistency. He was inconsistent during the regular season and we all saw how garbage he was in the playoffs. And he doesn't have leadership qualities. He's like a far less skilled Harden.

KD gives you 2 years of real championship potential.

Yeah let's shorten the league for the most paid players in sports in chance they don't get injured. Most don't even play hard until the playoffs come.

I'm not. I'm just saying not having a real off-season probably didn't help. You saying it's a non-factor, is indeed retarded. The league has needed to shorten the season for a long time. They weren't even playing Green in the fourth. He's overpaid for the role they were giving him. Maximize your window, move him for KD and a Brooks salary dump. They couldn't score in the half court when it mattered last year, and its why they lost to GSW. KD, if healthy, will help.

He's only 23 years old. He could be an absolute assassin in his mid to late 20's.

Tbf part of that was becuse FVV sucked in half court and they relied on Sengun in the high post.

He isn't a pure shooter. I don't see Green being any more than a heater sixth man on a title team. He's basically a better version of Jordan Clarkson.

True, but Green had zero impact in that series on the fourth because he was a ghost in the early parts and they didn't believe in him. They would rather let FVV chuck 30 foot threes than let Green run point. That tells you all you need to know.

Listen, I understand why a team would want KD but its a risky proposition. Dude is turning 37 years old. He doesn't get to the line like he did in his prime and he's been reduced to more of a pure shooter and defensively he isn't what he used to be. I also think the Mavericks should trade AD for a load of young players to put with Flagg.
 
I remember when George Karl didn't want Gary Payton guarding Jordan because of a calf injury until he had no choice to in game 4.
