Place to train in Philly?

Is there anyone from Balance that can PM me about the tuition of Balance? I just moved in to the Philly area.

I spoke to someone from Balance before I moved into Philly and they wanted me to visit first.

It was an obvious name drop for Lloyd Irvin that I quoted from a old post.

Yes, I know. I didn't remember that I already answered the initial question regarding Relson

For people who drive in and train in the city, what's the parking situation like? Do any of them have parking spaces or is it pretty much metered parking?

One of our purple belts sent me to this thread to suggest Gracie Philadelphia, between 3rd and 4th on Bainbridge in Optimal Gym. Brian Rago and Tim Sylvester are the instructors since Zak Maxwell moved to San Diego. The place is serious but friendly and honest. There's a solid crop of purple belts amongst the ranks (there is regularly white through black on the mat at once) and we have several women (including myself) that train regularly. Noon classes are small and semi-private Monday through Friday, evening classes are mon - fri, and Saturday morning we train as well. If you'd like to check out a little more info, the website is www.phlbjj.com and we're Gracie Philly on fb. We do private intros for anyone who wants them or you can take a few classes free to check out the place.
