One of my favorite Dishes.
At a well known Filipino restaurant Mesa, serve in Pandan wraps & Sarsa sauce/(local sweet gravy) … is great.

Who doesn’t like Roasted Pig?
Or well cooked/grilled pork/bacon for that matter?
