Pereira was wearing the PFL symbol on his shorts. Shields is a PFL fighter, etc. It's not like these are "neutral" fights. The PFL vs Bellator fights are only on the main card.
He wasn’t intelligently defending though. That ends a fight no matter how much time is left on the clock. He was covering up, only 7 seconds left. They could have gone to round 2.

They put him against a guy from a local gym to me. A very experienced animal. He was still a child fighting a man. And a man who grappled monsters all day. It was so dumb.Still have no idea why his debut was at 155
Exactly. As a lifelong Bellator fan, the randos they fought absolutely do not represent Bellator lmao.Yeah but none of them have been PFL vs Bellator fights until the main card.
They call Clay Collard the most exciting LW on earth while Poirer, Chandler and Gaethje exist.
I get promoting the fighters but thats a wild claim.
Doubt it happens, but would love to see Collard get the upset here.
I couldn’t tell ya but he definitely started with bellator and was handled so poorly it’s sickening. For some reason I always think he was in the UFC and washed out, then turned around in Bellator.
I wonder who I'm confusing him with.
