The only way to get released from PFL is to attack them hard. This may be a turn-off to anyone wanting to hire them. But Hope UFC over looks this and signs him. But can others in PFL follow this path? Mix, Pico...

No because this was a strategic move. Pitbull is 37, his contract is ending sometime in the spring, he's outspoken against PFL so you release him and get some good PR out of it but its not like they are releasing prime fighters.

In same way Pitbull was like oh UFC is honorable letting HOlm go, yeah notice they didnt let Nate or Conor or Jones or a million others go when they asked because they arent stupid but old past there prime fighters you let them go and look good doing it.

If Mix or Dakota or Eblen etc asked for a release they arent getting it no matter what Davis says. if Pitbull was 33 and had 5 fights left on his contract he wouldnt be getting released.

But its good for everyone, Pitbull can get the final maybe two good years in UFC, maybe get Aldo or Max, some fun fights that of course are years too late but still should be fun and entertaining. Maybe even Pitbull can get a fight in Brazil since Bellator never went. Think UFC is doing a card in May.

Yeah Pitbull gets freeeeee.. ufc has many big fights coming up though loss of California fight card as fires will cost them. Need to get more stars then put on more fights this year.
