PBP PFL Africa 1: Cape Town 2025 ***Sherdog Discussion*** 7/19 10AM ET (ESPN + / PFL APP)

This card feels chaotic like early UFC <lol>

Awa quit?!?!?

Wonder if it’s cause he saw he wasn’t gonna get that knockout

Big muscles and no heart <puhlease>

I’m reasonably impressed with Clarke for weathering that power and holding up well. Decently diverse mix of strikes.

Hard to say about the grappling.

Commentating has chilled and that was an interesting match. I’m in!

Respect <BirdieOwn> People will just say he was the guy that quit on the stool for years to come. But career wise sure.
Getting your nose flattened by a nearly 300lb man on an early prelim is not for everyone.

If he wants it back, he has the chance to learn from that and come back next time with some grappling, pace, gas tank and better distribution of power.

I’m not mad at him. I genuinely don’t like to see people get hurt over pride and respect. I am not a just bleed guy. I’m a come back next time guy

Weird call in staggering the bantamweights with heavyweights

Hard to go from 265 to 135 and keep that energy. Kinda a momentum killer

"99% of judges would score that for godogo"

"Tough round to score either guy could be up"

This commentary is abysmal

Smart of Van to let that guillotine go.

Intelligent scrambles here.

i thought Van could have varied the grips on this rnc a bit

Van wasting energy on a crank I think m, when he should be playing the grips
