By the time i got to the third page of this thread i had a pm in my inbox from K1 asking me to fill in as an alternate in next weeks grand prix
 
Played UFC 3 and Dana White popped up at my front door and asked if I wanted to be a fucking fighter.

Iirc, the only time Pettis was well and truly exposed was by Guida. Which is funny, because he's never been anywhere near a belt, but has beaten more future and former champions than anyone.

Mma isn't some static sport where the best fighter is always going to win. Shit happens. The only real exposure that takes place is that people are human and that without a ref to stop it, even the best athlete or martial artist can be killed in battle.

Mma exposes everyone, in that regard.

Just got an email from K1.

I got into a fight with my girl while we were having dinner at the Chinese restaurant. I pissed her off so bad she got up and ran out. While I enjoyed my victory I opened my fortune cookie a inside was an invitation to compete in K1.
 
Today something strange happened when I was on the subway. I asked for a raise in my salary from by boss before and he sent me a contract with a little raise and I called him in the subway and told him "don't send me your bullshit contract". Then I closed the phone and started to listen eye of the tiger with my earpods. A little hand touch my shoulder and I turned back immediately with a super fast reflex. It was a Japanese guy and first he said I am impressed by your performance and he invited me to K-1 for a big fight with Dada 5000. I said yes but Dada 5000 ducked me. If any of you interested I can arrange an invitation from K 1 for a replacement. Let's go baby.
 
I ve been battling depression for a while..Bellator just offered me a fight with Ken Shamrock

Mailman came in yesterday.No K-1 invitation.Again.

Frustrated from waiting for so many years,I accused him of losing my invitation,and called him a wide variety of homophobic slurs.
He started yelling and moved towards me,so I instinctively touched him with the jab,and finished him with a left hook.He failed to answer the eight count,so I celebrated with my corner and shook his hand.

Today I had to go to the post office,since mailman was under a medical suspension after that vicious KO.

K-1 invitation was there waiting for me.Turns out I just needed a tune up fight.

I'm an alternate but to be honest, I'm hoping that I don't get put in. I really don't have much fighting experience other than some backyard wrestling when I was a kid, so I am quite nervous and would much rather not.
