I have just finished watching this fight I don't understand how the score of the fight is 30-25.
I mean - Peopshi got dropped by clean high kick, he barely managed to stand up later. Yet he didn't lost a point and still went to win round 10-8?
Can somebody explain it to me?

They use a 10-point must system in Glory, winner of the round must have 10 points (unless he got a point deduction) Demirkapu got counted twice during the round so that's a 10-7 for Peposhi but he also went down so it got reduced to 10-8.
I guess there is an argument it could have been reduced to 10-9 because of how it ended but with Demirkapu going down twice and knockdowns being the #1 scoring criteria I'm not sure that's possible, had it been a single KD it might have been different, pretty wild round.
