Haters are desperately looking for reasons to believe Conor will be defeated for the first time in his UFC career at 155.
Their 'evidence' of his inevitable loss to Khabib is

A. A loss on short notice to 195lb Nate
B. A loss to the greatest boxer in history on his professional boxing debut

Some will even include..
C. Being taken down by Chad Mendes, all the time laughing at him before rising to his feet and knocking his ass out.

Lost in all this is just how sensational he looked at his true weight against Eddie Alvarez.
They are in for one hell of a rude awakening.

He looks like a noob at 155, ie, hes only fought there once (except outside the ufc, where he was getting subbed by other noobs)

yep khabib just cannot close the distance against Conor, he just can't

Kinda hard to judge by just one fight in the division.

Yes that fight was flawless. But guys like Khabib and tony ferguson are far more proven in LW.

Imagine if we judged aldo only by the conor fight. Or cain only by the first fight against junior..

My point? Dont judge a fighter by one fight alone.

Can I just point out that by saying he's only had one fight in the ufc at LW, it also discredits the whole 26-0 thing for Khabib...
Just saying.

He was brilliant against Alvarez and has the ability to win this if everything goes his way. But given his ticket to winning is a perfect punch (or a series of them), it's less likely and he shouldn't be the favourite.

A - he lost to Cabo Diaz, dont know where you get 195lb ,
Conor was on a training camp and Diaz was drinking alcohol. now you make the calcuation, for who was it a short notice ?
B - yes, you are right Floyd was one of the best boxer but again you forget that he was out of his prime where he was sitting around for 2 years.
lets not show things bigger that it was

he was great against Alvaraz, he toyed with him and beat him badly.

now it is time to face Khabib.
now Khabib will also toy with Conor and end his hype

How many times today did you jack it over connie?

Best boxer in history huh? Nine if the greats would accept a bout against someone 0-0 after they are 49 fights into their careers

Y'all always talk about cabo Nate as if the Diaz brothers don't compete in ENDURANCE races in their off time. I mean it's not like these guys sit on the couch and train once per week.
Also let's not forget full camp nate lost in the rematch and Mendes was talking about being in full camp 30 days out from getting his a** whipped, then all of the sudden he was coming off the couch.

How come people who don't like Conor instantly throw wild accusations of, often explicit, homosexual acts towards people who do like him?
It's really weirdly specific. I almost never see this sort of fruity aggression against fans of other fighters.

I agree.

Conor was a zombie at 145, and too heavy at 170 and they both impacted his cardio and speed greatly.

155 is his optimal weight class, he will look phenomenal against khabib.

He might still lose, but it will be because Khabib is just too damn good on the ground, not for any other reason.
