I'm glad they are handing Trump 2020 on a silver platter, but at what cost? Tons of taxpayer money (which could be used for so many things....children, domestic violence, drug epidemic, veterans etc etc etc.). In this case, it will mean that a lot of GOP congressmen will have to go on record to either impeach or not. It will come up during the election when the main strategy will be to try to tie every republican in a close race to an unpopular president.

IMO, she should have waited a few more months, like after the democrat nominee was settled.
