Yeah it was like in the first 20mins of the JRE podcast. There's no actual ingame leaderboard, he's top 20 on a site that has 700 entries out of a 4 million player base.

It is basically a bullshit title to claim in the first place, and I wouldn't be surprised if he just bought an account.
