Yes indeed. And because there’s less people in rural areas, they usually finish counting first, which is why we see the election skew red initially and then only later, the blue votes come in. It’s called the Red Mirage. This made for big time conapiracy fodder in 2020 but es normal.

I am glad about this part because people are becoming aware how Russia runs their Country and how over 60 business leaders have fallen out of buildings since the first of the year. How he is willing to deal with people who resist him by ether imprisonment or windows. People in parts of the world run by autocracies begging to become a democracy.
