Talbott has a wrestling background, I'm not convinced he can hold up vs a more sticky and comprehensive grappler like a Merab or Umar but I think vs a shot Raoni it probably will look decent and likely he will end up in the top 15. Kids really exciting, I'd like to see him vs a Javid Basharat, Montel Jackson, Said Nurmagomedov type in 2025.

I don’t think Barcelos is as shot as everyone is making it seem. He’s far and away the best fighter talbot will have ever fought. He’s strong, carries power, a plus grappler. This is going to be an extremely tough fight for Talbot I think. Talbot isn’t the most defensively sound guy and he’s willing to take a shot to give one. If he gets it done impressively you fast track this guy

Yeah, he's not what he once was, but he's still a legit test for any prospect. I wouldn't be shocked if he could find a way to win -- his grappling is really elite and talbot is untested in many ways.
