Yeah but we ain't talkin about that. We talking about Pav lifting weights and some obese college lineman. Even though there are plenty of examples of college football players who can bench 220 over 30-40 times, but dude had to use the ole fat lineman for his example. Muscle mass the same, except one example body fat is 10% and another the body fat is 30%. that 20% extra fat isn't going to make you stronger. Last I checked, you lift with muscles not fat.
Oh wow dude because obese when he went to compete in the strong man. Instead of starving your self for a bodybuilding competition, you mean you tell me he didn't do the same for the strong man, which isn't judged on physique?
But you goofs keep forgetting to explain how having an extra 10%, 20%, 30%, etc body fat is supposed to make you lift more on bench press?
But why these guys not obese? You should tell them to go obese and get 2x the gains from just the obesity alone.

Just the top 3 of the 2023 strongman, but how that 20% extra fat gonna help them lift more again?
Lmao..you cant build significant muscle over a few weeks..but your bench can increase significantly by gaining weight over a few weeks. So simply being heavier increases your pressing.Bulking up don't mean getting obese. It means eating more to pump out more muscle. It don't mean eating 3 tubs of ice cream every meal and gaining 25% in just fat. And the bulking up is actually building more muscle. Holy fuck you keep outing yourself as a newb.

You can see a lot clearer in the video.
End plate is 10. Inner plate is 45.
4 45's
2 25's (unconfirmed)
2 10's
45lbs bar
45x4=180 25x2=50 10x2=20 180+50+20+45 = 295lbs
