Eventually all the fun guys have to fight. Unless they try to actively put on one high profile fight per card something will have to line up at some point to be a more stacked card.

I found the last couple title fights to be appallingly bad matchmaking. Gaethje and Pimblett didn't deserve an interim title and Lopes getting such a quick rematch was stupid and it unsurprisingly ended the same. Also, Horiguchi is a long time UFC vet he should have been main event over that boring ass Bautista guy. Wtf are these main events? Might cancel Paramount if they keep putting out such weak ass main events that no one cares for

People didnt like that they made those mains, but they were still worth watching anyway, especially Gaethje and Pimblett.

You have to wonder what the motivation will be going forward. The UFC also isn't bound by PPV numbers, so we could see even weaker PPV cards. They are probably only looking for viewership increase now.

I said this exact thing in another thread and got hate for it.
Theyve got no reason to care now that everythings guaranteed.

... the white house shenanigans is probably the main cause of no true title fights announced yet. Everybody is fighting over who gets to be on that card and it's cannibalizing every event within 6 months of it's set date. It would be the exact same situation if it was still 80 dollar PPVs on espn

I streamed everything and still think people complaining is bullshit.

Im on the Paramount train forever, wether it's mediocre or not. It's nothing so bad that it would make me not pay that price to watch all the cards.

It's ok to criticize the main events, when better fights could be made. I certainly did.

Someone a month in saying their going to cancel over the fights we got, which were still worth watching, despite that we could have had better, is laughable.

I can think of a lot of things that cost $12 that are much more fun than Paramount+
