Painful Wrists

    hey guys... i have a quick question... my barbell curls have become a painful exercise for me lately... i have alot of pain in my wrists and can't do this exercise... allthought i dont notice any pain during any other bicep exercise... anyone have any answers??

    I personally say just work through it and the pain should subside in time. Add in Barbell wrist curls during other days so that you can gain wrist strength.

    If you're willing to spend some dough. I highly some of Ironmind products (depending what you want to accomplish). Ironmind is overpriced, but there's no one that can compete with the quality of what they sell.

    Outer Limits Loops
    Wrist Rollers
    Weight Pin and Clip
    Hand Grippers are good, too
