Looks like the apocalypse
It sure looked like it and there were quite a few drones flying near the fires that looked liked like ufos
Looks like the apocalypse
Settle down, i was having a laugh.
The fires had to wipe out the most unproblematic part of LA and left Oakland and Compton to stay the same
Look after yourself bud!I’m in west LA, between the wind and the smoke today’s been pretty fucking wild. I just decided to kick it at home after picking my son up from school.
Compton and long beach dont really get affected by the fires because they are more inland and sea level these homes that get caught in fires are built in the mountains usually or on a hill. Im like 30 miles from these fires and the only effect it has in me is the bad air quality I'm in zero danger of my house being burned down. The fires had to wipe out the most unproblematic part of LA and left Oakland and Compton to stay the same
In long beach we were more in danger from the gale force winds than the wild fires which we can't even see from here. Those winds knock down trees on to houses and cars.I’m in northeast la and it’s pretty fucked. No immediate danger here but the powers going out in a lot of neighborhoods, some friends and co workers in Pasadena have had to evacuate. Sad stuff. Gonna be bad all night.
I'm sure you can see the smoke, those clouds last night...... they werent natural, and the feeling is a bit apololyptic..... your dirty car...... it's not that you were a slob, it's the darn soot and ashes in the air.In long beach we were more in danger from the gale force winds than the wild fires which we can't even see from here. Looks like the apocalypse outside right now. Wild
You guys not getting any rain down there? We're pretty much at normal rainfall totals here in Sac. Seems weird to have fires raging this time of year.
