Here are my numbers. 5 foot 9. 190lbs. Body fat:??? but trust me I'm chubby as hell. I have been running 5 times a week. I usually do 1st mile at 5mph, 2nd mile at 5.5mph, 3rd mile at 6mph. I have lost weight but I feel that I'm still not doing something right. Can anyone recommend a better running plan for me?
