Overrated movie you've ever seen?

for me, its the new star wars, also wasnt big on the jurassic parks
dont get me wrong, there are a lot more movies i didnt care for, but i dont get the hype on these two
 
Gravity.

It's 4 stars? After the previews I thought it would be great. I didn't care for it at all outside of about one part.
 
The Force Awakens. Felt like I was watching the original trilogy crunched into one movie. Oh yeah and the new Darth Vader gets owned by a trainee, how is the audience supposed to consider him a villain for the next movie lol. I guess they can fall back on that LOTR orc or whatever the fuck he's supposed to be.

A lot of people have been saying this, but he's not supposed to be vader 2.0


He's still in training, he's just a young dude with a lot of potential.
 
It doesn't feel right to say it's overrated but i've tried a few times over the years to watch Blade Runner and i just can't get into it at all. I love sci-fi but it just doesn't do it for me.

Agree. Mind you the xmen movies are decent but everything else is kind of boring, lack of drama and threat.
 
Big fish or avatar. Apocalypse now also sucked imo and I love war movies.
 
Pulp Fiction - Great movie, but those who say its the GOAT are delusional.

Requiem For A Dream - Trash.

Scarface - People that have watched this movie multiple times over and have memorized everything about it are mysteries to me.

There Will Be Blood - Besides DDL's great performance, I don't see any other redeeming qualities.

96% of movies that win 'Best Picture.'

The Avengers - A good comic book movie, but not even in the top #25 best comic book movies.

Backdoor Sluts 9 - Not near as good as the previous eight, or the prequels, or spinoffs.
 
Requiem for a dream is a good movie

I guess you need to be a druggy to like it
