when overeem failed his drug test his t/e ratio was above 10:1. however jones ratio is LESS than the normal 1:1. why are people assuming jones is juicing when his ratio is not above normal?

they are desperate to get him for something because they know the whole coke thing will blow over,literally and will probably only lead to increased PPV $ for the champ's next fight.

however there is a very real possibility there is more to this story, at the very least it's a good reason to properly test his blood. They have his blood available but the whole situation showcases why random drug tests by WADA or such are necessary and it's really telling and typical UFC behaviour that this is off the table now with the shadiest explanation possible.
You just can't trust the commissions to do the job right and to not be too close to the promoter and you certainly cannot trust the UFC.

Why don't you explain his insane E levels then and the increase of them in such a short time?

The problem with the test is that the real test is too expensive, so they only do it when a guy has a T/E > 4. This doesn't take account adding enormous amounts of E, which surprisingly is the case here.
