Your question should be who can move up TWO WEIGHT CLASSES and be 1-1 because it's essentially what Conor did and it's much harder to do then just moving up one. Because the higher you go the more you are going to be giving up in size unless you are cutting a lot or just a freak (IE: Rumble Johnson)

Still incomplete question. First of all you must cut extreme amounts of weight to the point your facial features change to explore your size and reach advantage (with ability of course) there and then you get an opponent of your choosing from the weight class you would be if you cut moderatly (LW) to fight on one weight class above for him (WW).
