Opinion Original Sin - the biden cover up

I legit laughed when I read this thread title. The fact that people are trying to push this as some big scandal in the face of what this country is going through right now is adorable.

There was one single scandal that Joe Biden will be remembered for, and it's not his age. It's the fact that he didn't order Merrick Garland to expedite Trump's legal cases Day 1, out of extreme caution of being viewed as partisan. That inaction caused the biggest abortion of justice this country has ever seen, and paved the way for the catastrophe we're now faced with. Unfortunately for him, that is what he'll mostly be remembered for.

(Well that, and crushing Trump in 2020)

The leader of the free world's startling mental decline and the coverup surrounding it is kind of a big story, especially when his signature is being applied to executive orders and foreign policy decisions.

There's actually another story that's even bigger. You see, there's an old, retarded psychopath in the White House right now, and he's done vastly more damage to this country in his first four months, than Joe Biden did in his entire four years. I think that little fact will probably take some of the wind out of this story's sails.

I could be wrong, though! Maybe there will indeed be riots in the streets about Joe Biden being old as fuck. I just have this feeling that our democratic institutions being dismantled and our country being sold out will overshadow the former President's oldness.

Like, how am I supposed to take a post like this seriously? Biden was literally getting lost on stage and LITERALLY shaking hands with ghosts. Trump is traveling around the world, meeting with foreign leaders and making deals daily. Your sudden concern about cognitive decline seems a tad disingenuous.

Where did I say Trump had cognitive decline? I said he was old, retarded, and a psychopath. And he is those things on his best day.

But I absolutely can address this topic. Joe Biden is, and was, old as fuck, and he was clearly in mental decline, which was obvious if you had followed his career up to that point, or at least heard him speak when he was younger. He shouldn't have been the candidate in 2020 or 2024. Should he have been removed and had Kamala step in? I certainly wouldn't have argued against it. I think she would have done a great job. I had a few complaints about Joe Biden and his 4 years, but they were few. Compared to the four years before and what looks to be the four years after?

Actually I defend my positions quite well, citing actual events like Trump going to the Middle East to bring peace, trying to reduce drug prices, etc.
