Optimum Whey Protein

Wasn't being disrespectful to fat, only the first guy who posted and acted like I knew nothing. All I do is ask for a good whey protein and he acts like a jerk.

Please understand I AM a complete noob when it comes to supplements though, hell if I knew if a certain brand of Whey caused cancer.

Personally, I thought I was being pretty nice if a bit blunt. I told you where to look and find your answer. Educating yourself is better than being spoonfed your information and is what is expected of people on this board.
You don't know about supps, and your question was stated in a way that someone who doesn't know a whole lot about diet would ask. If you knew what your nutrition requirements were, and you understand how to read a label, you would see that a scoop of ON has 24g of protein and about 120 calories. You would also know that that small amount of calories is not going to make much of a difference if your goal is to build muscle, because you would understand that you need a lot more calories than that. You would understand that protein is not some magical weight gainer bullet. You also would know that for gaining size, ON (or any other quality whey) would be best utilized in a homemade weight gainer. Something like 2 scoops of ON, 2 cups of milk, 1 tbsp of peanut butter, and a banana.

If I offended you, you might want to wipe the sand out of your vagina and realize that me being a dick would have looked something like this:

1. Fuck you noob.
2. Read the fucking stickies in the right goddamn forum.
3. Go get hit by a truck.

But I didn't say that so no need to get your panties in a bunch.

Optimum is a good product, it's currently what I use because it's affordable, high-quality, blends well and tastes good.

I'll let you in on a secret...if you're going to get some, order the new Vanilla Chai flavor. Trust me on this one.

If you're a n00b, try eating more first. Eat chicken like you're a chicken eating machine. Eat 6 times a day and pick up heavy stuff.

Optimum is good been taking it for a year I switched to Optimum nutrition pro complex a few months ago also good.
