Optimum Whey Protein

1. You're in the wrong forum.
2. Read the stickies in the Diet and Supplement (D&S) section.
3. Food is your base. If your diet is shit, and it probably is if you're asking this question, than fix that before asking about supplements.
4. Educate yourself and than ask an informed question instead of one that could be answered by some simple reading. Do you even know what you need to grow?

Optimum is great as long as you don't mind teh cancer.

its good shit. good mixability and it tastes good too

??????????????

And yes I have a good diet. I know that for bulking Carbs>Protein>Fats, I lift heavy and track my calories every day. I just think more protein might help, and I want help choosing the best one.

^^^WTF??
You should respect some of the people here that have been here for a long time and contribute alot. Plus...Fatty was being sarcastic.
Also...use the friggin search button or read the FAQ...you'll see that many people here use On Whey.

Wasn't being disrespectful to fat, only the first guy who posted and acted like I knew nothing. All I do is ask for a good whey protein and he acts like a jerk.

Please understand I AM a complete noob when it comes to supplements though, hell if I knew if a certain brand of Whey caused cancer.

Please disregard my post. Sometimes I confuse protein with asbestos.

Optimum is good. Personally, I prefer a blend over whey.

Do a search in D&S. Optimum is a solid product.

I want I want I want - people here also want. They want you to read some stickies in another forum.

And: In before the ban!

Thanks for the responses. I already take a weight gainer which has a considerable amount of whey in it, would Creatine be more helpful for my goals than more protein?

What does your diet look like first of all? Isn't this thread supposed to be moved?

There really is a ton of info on this in D&S. Why does it have to be protein or creatine? Why not both? And how can I say whether "more protein" would benefit you if I don't know how much you're currently ingesting or when you're ingesting it.
